Took a pork roast, punched a bunch of holes in it, stuffed them with garlic and green onions seasoned it up and threw it in the fridge last night. Tossed it in the oven today, cooked a pot of red beans, rice, gravy, made biscuits and a slaw. Cut a biscuit in half and spooned my beans over it. :)

Sounds exhausting with all the throwing and tossing going on.

Top row is mine. Homemade boudin and bourbon. Middle row is the wife and daughters Trader Joe's chicken things. The boy will eat the cheeseburgers.

You always post amazing meals. But no pics. What gives? I want to see the delicious things you’re eating so I can live vicariously.

Grilled burgers and deep fried some crickle cut fries.

Only did salt and pepper on the burgers this time. I've always been throwing some kind of rub on them lately.

Forgot how good just salt and pepper is on a burger.
