don't remember the last time i made scrambled eggs.
egg burritos are clutch.
I put kale, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos and various spices in mine all the time. sometimes just one, sometimes a lot.
I really like adding the cheese when i first put the eggs in, so it melts completely into it. Also, I don't stir my eggs at first, I let them cook for 2 mins or so. too much stirring hinders fluffy eggs, which I think are key in scrambled eggs.

I'm amazed that no one has said cream cheese yet.
Went to a B&B and had someone make me some scrambled eggs with Philadelphia cream cheese added, they were terrific.

Usually just salt, pepper, and butter... But every once in a while butter drenched sauteed mushrooms. I have to admit the thought of cream cheese never occurred to me in reference to eggs... until now. And I'm thinking of adding crumbled crispy bacon with it. Thanks Freaux.

Original Pace picante sauce is delicious on scrambled eggs.

In addition to Cream Cheese, Ricotta Cheese also works quite well with scrambled eggs.
Fry up a little Pancetta and throw in some roasted red peppers for a nice italian twist on some scrambled eggs
