Tots aren’t normally my thing because they’re often greasy inside. HEB sells tater tot coins that are thinner, like a fifth thinner than a normal tot. Thumbs up.
Personally, I’m a fries guy with a burger. Crinkle, shoestring, steak, curley…all good. Waffle? meh

Potato-regular or sweet potato fries or a baked potato. Usually the latter if offered if at a restaurant.

Sweet potato fries on the burger itself, hold the mayonnaise when doing it this way.
The side I prefer would be cold pickled okra.
