Whataburger offering $.75 hamburgers all day today

It is the 75th anniversary, if you wanna wait 30 minutes for your food, then you should drop into a Whataburger today
Decided to get Whataburger and did not know this was going on until I asked what was taking so long
You have to order through the app, so it doesn’t look like the restaurants that busy but those cooks in the back are flipping burgers like mad men, the shelves that have to go orders are completely full

I still can’t believe we don’t have a Whataburger in Southeast Louisiana
They’re literally in Baton Rouge and Gulfport, but nowhere in between

Part of the reason I don’t try to pick up Popeyes for lunch on Tuesdays. They do some special that has the lines wrapped around the building taken even longer than they normally do to serve food.

Or any day.
I like Whataburger. But there have been more than a few times I've had to wait at least 20 minutes for a burger and fries when I was one of 2-3 cars in the drive thru line.

Mobile app. I'll park, place the order, and it never takes more than about 7-8 m. My son at least has an odd order that would probably be screwed up not infrequently if I ordered verbally. I had one order take 20m last week, but it was due more to the location of the store than anything else. It was kinda one of the ghetto parts of the burbs.
