Wouldn't it be awesome to have some DLC..

And it be a game where you are Luke and completing the training with Mark voicing, or Obi-Wan with Ewan voicing.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but..I don't know. Feel like the video game may be an overlooked and underrated vehicle to tell in depth Canon stories that make the player feel personally involved.

Eta

My current LS

Red blade of course.

Wish you could lock a design into place and store it.

I think it's been overlooked but not necessarily underrated, if that makes sense. It wasn't that long ago that game execs were saying that the grand single player story focused game was a thing of the past. I think Mass Effect Legendary Edition selling a bazillion copies opened some eyes in C-suites.

I’m doing a mostly story playthrough first, finding all the stims etc. so I can do a more complete playthrough on my 2nd go.

Double Blade is really good for crowd control, especially with the force ability that pulls in groups of enemies and then you toss the saber around. shite is killer. I used it against Dagan at first and he was waxing my arse. I switched to single and had a much easier time. Think it just goes to show how well they did each stance

I agree, stories like this should be that single player format. And mass effect was great, looking forward to that next installment as well.

It's kinda silly when thinking about all the recent great games, and anticipated. RDR2, Mass Effect, GTA series, Resident evil, jedi series, etc most are that single player format.

A lot of the time you want to get away from everyone else and lost in a world at your own pace.

Finally beat the story and credits roll

Loved the exploration and found myself doing that more than wanting to finish the story.

Cere sucks btw

Same. Apparently there's a legit strat once you have access to blasters, which I didn't have. Even trying to cheese it by bringing in help (avoiding spoilers) and I couldn't manage it. The rapid succession of red attacks combined with the absurd width of attack and I just couldn't manage it consistently. I'm sure there's some crazy fricker out there than can fight him straight up, but I have zero interest in investing the time required to become that person

He whooped my arse a million times before I decided to fight him with the double-bladed lightsaber instead of the crossguard. Love the crossguard but it a was night and day difference for that fight at least.

Same. Holy shite. One of the most thrilling sequences I've ever played through.

Question: Does anyone else find the Bedlam Raider Veterans to just be a bullshite enemy to fight against? They're just about the only enemy type in the game that gives me trouble. One on one, not much trouble at all. But two of them, or having to fight them AND hordes of other mobs, it's frustrating as frick. I wonder if it's because they hard counter single/dual wield players for some reason? Maybe a double blade or crossguard would work better against them?

I just finished the second Dagan fight, and that fight was so annoying. Also that whole section took me like 2+ hours.

I finished it last night as well. That was a very fun “dungeon”.

Also knocked off the second Rancor. At this point they aren’t terribly hard as long as I don’t lose focus in the split second it takes to grab and eat Cal

This game is great. My main knock, though, is that some of the puzzles are just ridiculous.

They’ve perfected the combat and the story. I have full confidence they’ll nail those in the third game. They should really just focus on giving more and better planets that aren’t sooo expansive and improved puzzles that aren’t incredibly frustrating

Imagine the next Spiderman game and how epic it could be if done by that team

There was zero DLC with FO, right? Man it would be nice to get a new planet or two.

Fallen Order and Apex released the same year. With a rushed production on FO and Apex becoming as big as it is, probably why they decided they would just eventually focus on Survivor instead of DLC.

Survivor is the finished product they wanted and I could see them getting at least 1 DLC out.
