What I recommend if you have two devices is have one clicking the add to cart button as soon as it shows up and one refreshing your cart.

I got lucky because I saw someone say even though they kept seeing the error after pressing add to cart they checked their cart and one was there.

So keep checking both

Now the system is screwing with me. It says I can order it for pickup on December 20th but it won't let me add it.

Website keeps crashing now

I spent the last 30 mins driving home trying to get on

Kept hitting to cart but it wouldn’t

Now just being told to wait

finally got one in cart and:

Sorry about that! You still might be able to get it if you check nearby stores for availability.

I get a different experience everytime I refresh. The button has said these 5 things completely randomly.
Add to Cart (but then doesn't work)
Please Wait... (but never does anything)
Find a Store (which shows inconsistent results)
See Details (which is basically just a page refresh)
Coming Soon

I know they dont' really care but Best Buy IT team should be embarrassed.
