Sounds like some PC shite What I did like in the article is seeing that if you ever bought a game digitally from all the way back on the original Xbox, you dont have to purchase it again. I also like the quick resume and 8k gaming with 120 fps.

Teraflops is a unit of processing speed.
The rest is just marketing non-sense. Like back in the day when Sega heavily advertised that the Genesis had "Blast Processing", a term they just completely made up.

Yes.
It wouldn't be a stretch to say that a certain UoM also borders on the edge of "marketing non-sense".
The "exaggerated relevance" is both goofy and misleading.
TFlops is the raw peak theoretical compute of floating point calculations per second, that is all. The measurement doesn't account for how the architecture handles specialized workloads and manages assets.

PS5 sub is melting, since the github leak only had it at 9.2 teraflops lol. will be an epic fail if thats what they release. they will have to go all in on exclusives as the marketing device

That has been a very strong leg for them to stand on recently. If they dominate exclusives again on the next console many people will probably be willing to look past the gap in performance
