a "New Game +" - It's when you start a new game, with all of the upgrades and equipment from the previous game, and it's usually harder.
(basically, in this game the 2nd playthrough, on a New Game + is going to be like you really are Batman, enemies will be harder, and "helps" will be taken away.. like the exclamation point over the head, but you will still have all of your exp. equipment, moves and devices from your first playthrough)

most people are saying that's a given. but i don't know who else they would pick up. clemson, fsu, and north carolina are a few that came up.
