i don't even do that on my computer. i thought it would be neat to have. but i guess it would be useless. i'm thinking droid x2 for the screen size. but then you have 4G which isn't even available in dothan yet.

they don't sell that one anymore i don't think. the droid charge is out. heard mixed reviews about it. that's what sucks when searching for phones is the mixed reviews. but everyone acts like the Bionic is the 2nd coming of Christ himself. but 300 bucks for a phone is a little rediculous.

I will probably be getting the bionic in 3-4 months.. as long as the bootloader is unlocked when I want it.

Vari I definately have a back up phone should I brick mine. I'm going to go back through this thread and find those instrcutions and try to root my phone. If I run into trouble can I contact you? Also, For someone like me that really knows nothing about phone technology, is it even worth it? I like the free wireless but what else can I expect to be able to do?

i don't know much about them either and i would only root for free wifi tethering. but theres more you can do. i had a friend with the original moto droid that had the windows phone os theme. it looked just like a windows phone but it still ran Android.
eta: you can actually get rid of the bloatware apps from verizon as well. you can overclock the processor for better performance.
