Space Quest 1-7, King's Quest 1-6, Police Quest (1VGA-4 Daryl F Gates, my fav was 3), Gabriel Knight 1-2 (highly underrated), Lesisure Suit Larry 1-7(soon as i figured out the adult protection)
X-Men (1989)
Maniac Mansion
DOOM/Wolfenstein/Blake Stone/Heretic/Hexen/Spear of Destiny/Duke Nukem 3D/Quake 1-3 (everything changed when DOOM was released) [Damn looking at that list ID Software was king]

Also I feel like this needs to be on its own, but:
Team Fortress and Mega TF Quake I Mod - This was THE FIRST team fortress play style that Valve ended up hiring the devs from and making their own TFC, then TF2 based on. The quake mod was so much damn fun back in 96, I was in a clan and played religiously. I put more hours into the TF Quake 1 mod than any other game I've ever played by far. It was the first multiplayer class based experience, and every game that came after (including today's console FPS obsession) owes everything to the Quake I Team Fortress mod.
