Mine would have to be when I did an elevator glitch to get out of the map and then got under it on Favela and went 65-0. This was the game right before I was riot shield boosting in S&D right off the cliff ledge on the map with the downed plane. Hahaha. Man you could hear them screaming in the lobby that we weren't playing...
Great memories

Yes, that was good, but I had to dump her after finding the news about her in the Shadow Broker DLC. That and her past with Jacob was just too much. Went back to my blue gal Liara.

Putting about 50 dead bodies into a glass bottom hot tub way up In a penthouse in the mountains then shooting the glass and watching them all fall through. Good times on Hitman.

This.

I was probably about 11-12 years old when I first played this game at this scene blew me away. I think it was my first real goose-bump moment from a game.
The whole environment that they created in that temple was unreal for a N64 game. The monks singing/chanting in the background, the lighting shining through the windows, the high vaulted ceiling...it was amazing to me. On top of that, I thought the “Song of Time” sounded epic.
I still remember playing the song of time, watching that hidden door open and seeing the master sword.

I had played link to the past, so I knew what it was, but didn’t know I was about to get it until I saw it there with the beam of sunlight shining down on it. I literally made Link walk up to the sword and hesitated before picking it up…I felt like I should not be running in that room out of respect. For a N64 game to do that to a 11-12 year old, color me impressed. Greatest game of all time.

Beating the game in StarCraft. That was an epic ending.

Killing Arthas in WoW. What a great fight!

Beating the Borg Special Task Force missions in Star Trek Online...before they were nerfed.

Finally completing Moria and entering Lothlórien for the first time. I'll never forget my first sighting of Caras Galadhon.

I thought the Shire and Rivendell were even stronger moments.

Add:

Entering Wily's Castle in Mega Man 2
Boat in Morrowind (Mentioned Above)
Driving down streets in the sunset to Broken Wings in Vice City. Yes, I'm specific.

The first moment I played Super Mario 64 at Toys 'R Us

That's one for me, but I saw/played it at Sears. I knew it would be a game changer, and it is still my #1 all-time favorite video game.

I'll also agree from earlier about the night-visioned AC-130 level on CoD4 (Death from Above). Prolly the most fun level of any game I've played...I was grinning the whole time at how awesome it was.

Also, beating Metroid (NES) for the first time made me happy as a kid. That game used to kick my arse all the time.
