Anyone bought a Odyssey Versa Jailbird putter yet ?

High MOI putter.
Apparently it's a great putter once you put a 1/4lb of lead tape on the bottom of it.
I can't get past the white & black lines yet.
There are some crazy prices on ebay for the Rickie Fowler extended putter with large SS grip.
I would expect Odyssey to come out with a special edition Versa JB model soon.

I’ll probably buy one if/when odyssey odyssey releases rickie’s version, though I think it’s very likely they do.

I looked it up out of curiosity during the 3rd round last weekend and there were multiple going for 1000+. Wild.
Those huge mallets feel weird to me. The Ping Mundy is the only one that feels good to me, but blade putters get me nervous.
I went got kind of a middle of the road and have had an Odyssey Rossi for about 6 weeks and like it a lot, but still wonder about the Ping. Would send my wife in a rage if I changed though. It was early Father’s Day gift.

The Callaway tour rep was on golf radio yesterday with Katrick and Maginess and he said that 10 tour players put the Versa Jailbird in there bag before Travelers and he expects another 10 this week. He said pro golfer are almost as bad as amateurs they see 2 wins in a row and its got to be the putter ...so they got to have it.

Is Rickies putter an Odyssey Tour putter or a mongrel? Seen a few on Ebay and Picclick priced anywhere from $300 to $3000. Hopefully Odyssey puts out a verifiable Small Batch version.
