Anyone carry less than 14 clubs ?

I carry 13.
Driver, 3W, 5W
Hybrid 19* (3/4 iron)
Hybrid 22 * ( 5/6 iron)
Irons - 7-GW
Wedges - 56 & 58
Putter
I adjust my grip and stance for the hybrids depending in the yardage.
I didn't plan this. But honestly at my age, it's so much easier to hit the hybrids than long irons.
Driver, 3W, 5W

Why the 5 wood in addition to the hybrids?

Good question.
The shaft on my 5 wood is 1/2 inch long because it's more comfortable since I'm tall and I have it open a 1/2 degree.

If I'm walking, it depends on the course. For most courses, I'll take 3w and hybrid out and take out the odd number irons. When I walk city park, I only take Driver, putter, 4i, 9i, pw, 60. But if I'm walking, it isn't a serious round and I don't care if my galling is off or I don't have the right club.

I thought about it.
I hit my SW up to 100 and the GW around 100-115.
Not sure when I would hit a 54*

I'm at 14. Been playing 4-5 years, this is the first year I'll have played more than 20 times, so I'm just getting to really learn my clubs and get some consitancy. If I break 100 it's a pretty decent round for me.

Still too inconsistent with 3W & hybrid, some rounds are great with them and some are worm burners for maybe 140 yards or so. When I was hitting them great (200-220 & 180-200 respectively) I thought about ditching either the 4i or 5i for about an 18-21º hybrid, but then I ended up having rounds where I don't hit them good and then consider a 3i
I'm now getting to where I'm hitting my wedges better, so I have significantly closed the yardage gap between my UW and 56, so I've considered swapping them for either that hybrid or 3i

Less than 14? Heck, I carry more than 14 including a 660cc driver and spin doctor wedge, and I’m still terrible.
