Recs?
Will be at Alys Beach next week and hoping to get a tee time or two.
Is Sandestin the best option?

If you have a connection and want to be tested....Camp Creek or Sharks Tooth.
The Sandestin courses are very nice, but it can get busy.
Currectly, the best bang for the buck is Windswept Dunes

I played Raven last week and it's in good shape. Also played Kelly Plantation and the greens were punched a few weeks ago. Should be good to go next week. As crowded as everything in that area is at the moment, I was surprised the courses weren't more packed. Seemed like normal pace of play to me.

I shot the cost of the round at camp creek, course was very hard
Windswept was a great bang for you buck

Bay point is also not a bad option. Rewards good shots and punishes bad ones (there’s a lot of water). Holiday is a decent, open course and probably the closest one to Alys beach.
I saw sharks tooth mentioned, but I’m fairly certain you have to be with a member to play there. Only time I went was because I won a raffle after a scramble. Found RTJ in Dothan to be a trickier course anyway tbh.

Emerald Bay and Kelly are my favorites.

Camp Creek will kick your teeth in and cost you $300! Regatta Bay or Kelly Plantation. Santa Rosa will be mint after their renovation!
