Netflix reveals star-studded cast of PGA Tour pros for new docuseries

The series is modeled in part after the success of Netflix’s Formula 1 hit Drive to Survive, which is credited with a significant uptick in F1 interest and viewership across the United States since its launch. Some of the same key players are involved here; the still-to-be-named PGA Tour show will be produced by Netflix in conjunction with Vox Media Studios and Drive to Survive producers Box to Box Films.

It is gonna be awesome. However, it would be exponentially more awesome if Kisner was part of it.

Would’ve been pretty solid with Pat Perez as well.

If this is anything like Drive to Survive, count me in.

Same production company so it should be similar.

This is good for Joel Dahmen, he will be very entertaining on the show. He's already been on YouTube with Foreplay and Good Good, and it looks like NLU just interviewed him. This may bring in some more advertising opportunities.

Damhen and Homa will be great. But they are no Kiz and Perez

This feels like soooo many guys. I could do without half of them. I guess that's part of the problem with guys not playing every week.

They have something similar called pgaprofiles or something like that. Its on youtube. 20 or so minute video of different players.
Pretty cool to see some of them off the golf course and what they do/like.

I saw this earlier today. I'm so in. I can't wait to judge them after I get home from duffing every chip either 10 feet short or blading it into the trap on the other side.

Formula 1
If you don't mind the same 3 teams winning all the time, it's the circuit to watch.
No more repetitive ovals a la NASCAR.
Indycar is just as good, if not better. That playing field is more level. It's just that your girlfriend would probably rather go to Monaco than the Iowa 200 (her loss, Monaco is a dull race that's decided during qualifying).

Champ
Johnson
Koepka
Watson
Wasted spots on these personalities.
Dufner would be fun but not that relevant in the big scheme of things.

Champ = minority. Netflix had to have him
Johnson = Paulina loves attention
Koepka = he loves money. His wife loves attention
Watson = I have no idea
