It absolutely is, one of my favorite courses on the Gulf coast. Was so disappointed to hear that they lost their greens this year and had to redo them all. There really isn't anywhere else to play since Hombre closed a few years ago. They have Holiday GC but I haven't heard great things about it. And Camp Creek/Sharks Tooth is private members only.

played it today last minute deal....hot as ballz...
the couple I was paired with called it after the front nine...
ended up playing the back with 4 guys that seem to play out there a good bit as it was slow...
good people and a good time was passed by all...

The temp greens are still there.. I will say for temp greens I've ever had to play these were done well.. But they're still temp greens.. Oh, and hole 5 can kiss my arse.. But it was a really nice course..

At least the rest of the course is in good shape. But their actual greens are fricked.
Shot 77 - the same I shot last time I played the course last year. Was trying like hell to break par.

Thanks for the update. Let me know how Holiday is too, probably scheduling some tee times next week to play there since it really is the only decent public track left in the area.

Not playing this weekend but I just got back from the John Deere Classic Wednesday pro-am today. Golf course was in unbelievable shape. Best fairways I’ve ever played on!
