I have been seeing ads for Hot Worx lately. Anyone tried it? Looks interesting but also very fad ish

I was talking to a member today about it.

If you don’t mind working out in heat for about 40 minutes.

Ours have an about 7 different rooms and you choose the class you want to play on monitor. No instructors

It does seem gimmicky but so does the dumb bungee workout but people go to that

ETA- but honestly what ever it takes to motivate yourself to workout is a good thing

It’s big with the high school/college age crowd here. My daughter and all of her friends do it.

Just curious, do these guys that open these gimmicky fad gyms actually come out ahead for the most part? Or do they end up over expanding and get left out to dry when the fad wears off? Feels like this could be a real money maker but timing is everything

No but my gym has a few Hot Yoga variations and I’ve started trying them. The one with dumbbells was really tough. Warrior Sculpt or something like that.
