Ive been waking up in the mornings with stiff fingers - it goes away fairly quickly once I get moving - I think it’s carpel tunnel.
Anyone else found a way to deal with this or am I just gonna have to get used to it?

Go to PT, any good one should be able to help.
Could be a Double Crush too, which is why I recommend PT (discloser: I’m in PT school)

Best thing to do is get a night time wrist splint to wear while you sleep.
You can google some simple wrist exercises as well.

Are you doing things repeatedly that have your wrists/fingers in the same restricted position, or doing the same movements over and over?
We live with so many machines to reduce energy expenditure, but oftentimes that puts the body in "unnatural" positions.
If you've got it in one hand because of some repetitive activity, try using the other hand if you can. Other things I think would help are stretching, and movements that get your fingers and wrists going through broader/fuller ranges of movements and different movements.
You could also try carrying around some kind of ball to squeeze and have between your fingers to get different movements going on.
Reducing inflammation would probably help too.
I would not "get used to it". That can result in some serious pain and debilitation.

When I first had carpal tunnel the doctor had me wear this - and it worked. But then I went to Europe on vacation for 3.5 weeks and forgot it. Carpal tunnel came back and the splint wouldn’t make it go away after that.
