First TRT injection yesterday

Mates I'm reading that it will take up to 6 weeks to feel the full benefits of TRT. Have we any other men on H/F board who have been doing similar therapy?
I've been mopey AF after quitting adderall 6 weeks ago and am hoping that this will improve my mood and happiness along with my sex drive and caveman energy.
I was proud of myself for not yelping in pain yesterday during my initial loading injection. I told myself that Arod did this many times and that everything would be jake

I noticed your hair was looking a little thin today

Shouldn’t take 6 weeks even if using enanthate or cypionate.

Mate,
Say I'm in my early 40's or even mid 40's and I have a very healthy head of hair, how worried should I be about TRT changing that? From my research it doesn't sound like it will be an issue. I have a Hims subscription for Cialis and I am thinking about adding a topical finasteride just to make sure. It's actually on my "to do" list for Monday.
I'd rather have normal T than have high T and start losing hair.

Be afraid lol
If you’re hair has started thinning it’s going to accelerate by years if you stay at a reasonable high level.

He’s not married yet either
He’s gonna end up being one of those “passport bros” that have to go all the way to the Philippines to marry a retired prostitute

But it hasn't thinned at all. My father passed last year at age 82 and he had a full head of hair (not even fully grey). I have his same hairline and same thick straight hair.
So I think that if I get finasteride and stay on top of it and don't overdue the testosterone I should be okay? Doc said I should be okay and that he'll prescribe something as well, but he's bald and I didn't want to stay on that topic with him for too long.
Would appreciate serious replies in lieu of the previous "don't stand too close to the fan" snark from El Gaucho.

White bread for the most part. Half Japanese, Half-Latino or Jewish is as wild as I'll get. Literally not attracted to any other type of female.

You should probably tackle the elevated estrogen levels first

Hair is overrated. Shave the shite off. I wish what is still there would leave. Guess we all have our own level of vanity.
Someone the other day was inquiring about balls shrinking. I never heard of anyone wanting long hanging balls. WTF? Get yourself in the gym. Make it obvious and people won’t be concerned about the small things. 80% of men over 40 have some level of hair loss. It only looks bad on people trying to conceal it. Embrace it.

I'm now leaning towards stopping it after the initial load. I did no research and my adderall withdrawal is finally wearing off after a brutal month-plus. I've been lifting weights again finally, playing pickleball and sleeping better. My testosterone wasn't even that low we were going to "optimize" but I am going to focus on zinc and natural supplements to see how that goes

TRT is Testosterone Replacement Therapy. Given you posts across all the boards... shouldn't you be Testosterone Addition Therapy instead? Gotta have something to replace if it's replacement...
Ahh... never mind, I see now...

Eh, I was just heckin' joking. I would think he would recognize that fact and not take offense. If not, I WAS JOKING, AND MEANT NO OFFENSE. Just lighthearted fun.
