My wife (no pics) is looking for a gym that provides classes at around 6 AM so she can go before work. She does better when she has an instructor and not going on her own. Any recommendations that your wives may be going to?

I’m a member of Woman’s Fitness Center. There are no 6 am classes on Tuesday-Thursday. The earliest is 7:30 am. On M, one yoga at 6, W-same yoga at 6 and a Pump class at 6:15, on F, a Barre class at 6:15.

Hope this helps her decide.

My wife (was gf at the time) went to F45 on Bluebonnet. She loved it. I used to join her for a few classes on the weekends.
