yea...i dont do the tate presses. i sub something for that. i dont like the way they feel, being old i try not to get into too many crazy positions.

I was subbing dips for Tate press but I think the cross body cable extension is better

I'm not a huge fan either of Tate press.

Probably the closest you’re going to get. Really any tricep where you get a good stretch would work though, like an overhead extension or skullcrusher.

I felt like there were enough of those in Arm Farm already :)

Well, calling it a wrap for Arm Farm. Skipping W3D4 and week 4 for vacation.

Great program, and I definitely see results in my arms and shoulders. Part of me misses chasing a PR goal like squatober. This will be a good program to run periodically, especially when my legs need a break.

W3D4 is in the books and I lost grip during the first SS of farmer walks and deadlifts. Had to use a mixed grip to keep the bar from rolling out of my hands and mix in no clear area to do the walks created a recipe for smoked forearms.

This is my plan. Maybe a run the morning of thanksgiving.

W4D1 done. Curls/OHP will be the death of me.
