I travel a lot and am trying to eat clean. It’s not easy on the road.

I need a meal replacement shake that is low carb. Tried Huel, but it’s 45 g of carbs per 100 grams of powder, which is way too high for me.

Any recommendations? Ideally, I’d like to get in 2000 calories a day for under 100g of carbs.

Any clue if it’s available at retail outlet? I’ll be in NOLA, Houston, and NYC over the next week and would like to pick some up.

Not a lot of calories but 2 scoops of iso100 protein powder fills me. Not nearly as hungry any more.

No. Direct order only.

The key to a meal replacement is fiber. Fiber is what makes you feel full. Most of the True Nutrition replacements have a little carbs in them as well.

When I traveled a lot, I’d hit a grocery store and eat as much of a rotisserie chicken that I could stomach.

I know you asked for a shake, but a calorie dense low carb shake sounds like something I’d want to make a rarity. Otherwise, full fat milk + two scoops of whey.

Whey doesn’t always sit well on my stomach. Meal replacement is the same amount of protein but also includes some fiber and some carbs. Plus, I can get it with other protein sources.
