Several people in the fitness world believe in it. But, I can't get over paying that much for what looks like $50 worth of LEDs.

It's backed by actual studies. I've used it on my back for a few years now. It absolutely works.

Just pure estimation but it takes an 8 on the pain scale down to a 3-4, very manageable.

one of my wife's friends is a big advocate of these and gave her a portable one some time back. My wife is still in the eval stage but kept pushing me to try - didn't see any benefit from it.

Yeah I do. My genetics refuse to let evasive idiots off the hook.

You probably think your genetics are the reason you’re a fatass too, but that, like your shallow intellect, is just an outcome of your poor choices

Oh for frick’s sake.

How an I an idiot? What have I done or said that causes you to think that, other than posting the meme laughing about you thinking that it’s your genetics that made you fat?

It works, but you have to make sure the unit you’re using has a decent mW output radiance. 3x per day at 5-10 min per session if you’re battling some decent pain or a chronic condition that you have ignored for a while.

And distance from the LEDs is a big factor, if it’s too far away or too low mW, you’re lucky to get anything better than just below the skin depth.

Heh, thanks for that response. I couldn't even remember who you were.

So you still think genetics can't make someone more prone to store calories. You just doubled down on being an idiot

This is the second time (while discussing the same topic) that you’ve put words in my mouth and then proceeded to call me an idiot for not saying what you idiotically accused me of saying. You’re something special alright.

Oh really, Well I posted that about genetics differing for different individuals, making it harder for some to not crave food as much as others don't

You responded sarcastically with a yea right, and posted the pic of the fat women digging in the fridge, so do tell what you meant if not just that?

You can’t even keep your argument straight in this thread. Just a couple of posts up, you said genetics making “someone more prone to store calories”. Now it’s genetics making it harder to not crave food as much as others (which honestly is weird in and of itself, but whatever).

You just tripled down idiot. It's the same damn thing. Genetics make you crave more so you will store more.

ETA: and you still haven't said what you meant by your post...

You are so dumb. Your lifestyle and choices make you fat. All calories are not created equal for one and that’s just the beginning of your stupidity.

So, according to you two fools there's no possibility genetics can influence food cravings right?

Please do explain why not then.
