I know they are getting onto you but I really like this sentence.

When you sleep from 10pm-6am, eat lunch at 11:30, workout at 3 and eat dinner at 6, you don't have time to work to make money.

Dude, you need to eat. Sounds like you’re wayyyyyy under feeding. You need to eat more than you think, even if you are trying to lose weight.

I echo the concerns about sleep. I have not slept well since 2010 when I returned from Iraq. It has wrecked me. You can surge for a while but not forever.

Eat at 11:30 (Salad and smaller meal)

Eat a bigger meal at this time. I like most of my calories around the lunch hour and early afternoon so I have time left in the day to burn some of those calories.

If you are hungry, you need to eat a little something. It doesn’t have to be a Caniac, just eat a banana or granola bar.

Instead of intermittent fasting, maybe try eating 3 small meals instead of 2 medium ones.

Checks out.

But seriously, you most likely have PTSD given that history and maybe other issues, not just primary insomnia. You really should see a psychiatrist to get treatment plan. Prazosin is usually a part of treatment.

Also...watch your salt intake.

Too many people fail to realize the importance of salt and potassium in making sure you don't die.
