Thinking about running it after I finish BBB today

Would you suggest grasshopper or db strength?
Only annoyance I see with db strength is I have the original Bowflex adjustable dumbbells to 100 so I’d be having to adjust weight between each superset

What was everyone’s opinion on the OG Stacked, Jacked & TH?

I loved it I just was crunched on time which was the only downside for me

Is there much of a difference between silverback OG and silverback remastered? Thinking about buying remastered but have OG

Where the heck did you even find the original Silverback? I have checked every time he has had a sale on the old programs and have yet to see it listed.

Its arguably the best PPSA program for size and strength. Its pretty brutal and can take 75 mins if not longer most days.

yea pretty big difference actually. in the new one you will are squatting 2x per week and deadlifting 2x per week and same with bench and press
this is one of the times I feel the new one is an improvement over the OG. both are great though

one of the harder programs out there. you hammer the basics and then hammer upper body smaller muscles in the jacked size and cardio portions of the program. Aaron has called it the toughest ppsa program before.

Be careful bro. I was like that and got a wicked case of tendonitis in my elbow doing weighted chins. Now I have to take it easy on pretty much ebery pull exercise. It's been months and doc says just to wait it out. not damaged enough for surgery.
So it wasn't the same injury but I did get injured within 24 hours of you posting this but not because of the Oak Tree remastered or weight lifting. I injured a ring finger in BJJ training and it killed my ability to grip for deadlift. I finished Oak Tree today but the last 6 or so days I did not participate in deadlifts (of BJJ). I tried a cable pull through to give me some deadlift like workout but don't think I have the right setup for it and just stopped with that idea. Finger feels way better but its not 100% so I am holding off on anything where gripping heavier weight than 60-70 lbs per arm DB and I am taping it for BJJ.
Now I am left to figure out what program I am going to start tomorrow. At least for the next week or so I don't think it will include deadlift or chinups/pullups where its a grip heavy exercise.

Thank you, another quick question
A while ago coach A posted this 4 program rotation. How do you guys feel about running this?
Pump city remastered
Stronger than a garlic milkshake
Stacked, jacked OG
70’s big
No particular order

i like it and it would be extremely tough rotation. add in strongville and periodic table of thickness and you have a great mix of bodybuilding and strength work.
Posted on 1/7/26 at 8:20 pm to Hbkthegoat
Was he saying run them consecutively?
Posted on 1/8/26 at 9:29 am to lsu777
It's a pretty tough line up as mentioned. Depending on how you're feeling and if you add strongville and/or periodic table of thickness I wouldn't run either of them right after Stacked & Jacked. Maybe insert stronger than a garlic milkshake or pump city in between to wave your intensity/volume. What are your goals?
Posted on 1/8/26 at 9:39 am to Hbkthegoat
I just restarted 70s Big. I forgot how long and intense leg days are.

i agree. and if you are doing that specific round of programs...you better be eating to support the goal of finishing.

Mainly want to get stronger all around I finally hit 225 bench after a year an a half of working out so I just wanted to get stronger from there.
