Yea like 777 said, not even close to long enough, I had the same elbow issues and ran it twice a day for a month before it totally cleared up. I still take it 3 times a week for maintenance.

What I read was that you take it for 10 days and then off for 2 weeks to allow the body to not get used to the peptide. Then start again for 10 days and so forth. Based on your experience, you are saying this is not the case and that I should be taking it nonstop until it clears up?

I've been taking BPC/TB for a few months now. I started daily for about 2 weeks and after that, I usually just inject 2x/week (typically on leg days as my old man knees bother me). Sometimes I'll do a few times a week if anything is feeling wonky.

I can definitely push harder in my workouts and I feel like I need fewer rest days than I used to. Trying to get my wife to start taking it now.

Yes, twice daily for at least 4-5 weeks. Then scale back to a few times a week.

Did you get your order and all good? I'm looking at ordering from Nexaph as well. I'm having an umbilical hernia surgery this week and thinking I may want to get on thus stuff. Wondering if I should look at GLOW or just stick with the basic Wolverine mix.

Recieved! Did the UPS 2-4 days shipping

As far as your decision between glow and Wolverine(tb-500 and bpc-157) Is the GHk-u

GHK-U gas great benefits on your hair and skin, if thats not something of importance then save the money and go with the wolverine!

Right on thanks! It's not much more for GLOW. The KLOW cost a decent amount more so I may just get GLOW. Are you good with Nexaph test results?

GHK-Cu should only be run for 4-6 weeks per Dr Seeds. I’m assuming that you will want to run BPC/TB longer than that, so I would get the Wolverine stack and one vial of GHK-Cu if you want to run Glow.

As for Nexaph, I have ordered from them several times. They usually ship same day and you will have your peptides in 3-4 days. Also, their current lot of Glow doesn’t have a COA, so you will likely have to wait a week or two before the test results are posted.

I just ordered BPC 157 from Elite Research. Where do I inject it for tendinitis in both elbows and how much do I inject?
Also I think what I just ordered is power?
What the hell.
I either need somebody to lay this out for me like I’m in kindergarten or I’ll ask my GP what to do

you will need to order bast water. then you will add 2ml of water to the vial of powder.

i cant tell you how much liquid to draw up though as I need to know how many mg in the vial. i assume 5 or 10

I will give you my 2 cents but i'm sure someone else has a better answer for you.

For a 10mg vial, you'll want to put in the 2mL of bac water. Then, you will want to inject 10-12 units but this also depends on what syringe you have. The syringes I have are 100 units. Personally, I am doing this once per day rather than 2x per day and am going for about 4-5 weeks.

Ideally, close to the pain is where you would like to inject. You can get a chip clip and pinch the skin and then inject into that pinched skin.

I have been on this since Thanksgiving and TBH I am not feeling too much relief from my Tennis/Golfers elbow.

I ran BPC/TB for two 8 week cycles for my golfers elbow. My last cycle ended around Thanksgiving. My elbow is about 95% now. I can do multiple sets of chins with almost no discomfort. Maybe a little tenderness later that day. Two months ago, my elbow would be screaming after doing a couple of chins.

FYI, I was injecting 500 mcg, one cycle in the belly and one cycle near the elbow.

That's a partial answer to m my question and I would like other responses if others are willing to offer. Should a shoulder issue be treated with just BPC locally or is it ok to use a blend of BPC/TB for local injections? Would it be more efficient to just use BPC for local and get TB separately for belly injections? Essentially, will I still derive the full benefits from TB with injections local to the shoulder?

It is my understanding that BPC is best at the injury site and TB is best in the belly. From a lot of what I have seen online, 500 mcg of BPC (or 250 mcg twice a day) and 2-5mg of TB twice a week are recommended dosages, but you should do you own homework on that before injecting.

Yeah I'm getting read up on this stuff. New world for me. I've read through 3-4 long TD threads so far and have been reading other sites/listening to podcast.

Near my elbow is not possible as I have it in both elbows so I have elected to just inject in the belly. I have missed a few days during this cycle, probably around a total of 8, so I am going until the end of January and then will break. Will give it 2 weeks and then start another 8-week cycle.

I had similar issues... I would inject 250 mcg in each elbow.. a few days and pain was 90% gone. minor discomfort for another week then fully gone. Just a thought.
