We are waiting on updates from the PT-141 crowd. 
I briefly tossed it out in a conversation with the wife, she did not slap me.

Well. I was gonna wait till she took the second time.
First time was a day or so after I made the original post about it .
Took it at 8pm and fell asleep, woke up about 12 coughing and such. I was like shite I done killed her lol
The next day she felt like shite with flu like symptoms.
Now I’m really thinking she had a bad reaction!
That lasted a day or two and honestly we think she just happened to get sick that day.terrible timing
She said she gonna take another tonight for the final test. I’ll report back soon

have her take it right before going to sleep so she sleeps off the nausea and you may need to do a third test if she doesnt get sick but doesnt feel it, but do it with higher dose.

She took 1mg right before bed.
Woke up 4hrs later coughing .hopefully she just happened to get sick last time and tonight will go as planned .

Welp. So far either peptide science is bunk or she just doesn’t respond well to it.
Took .5mg yesterday around 6 (I wanted to watch how she responded) and 45 min later she was in bed with bad nausea, joint pain and such, was up most of the night. Didn’t feel great this morning but better. Time will tell if those wear off and the good kicks in.
She has a call with her hrt dr today to go over recent blood work and I told her to ask about getting some through them to see if it’s a difference.

I will say after that day she seemed a little more pleasant overall.
Either peptide sciences is garbage or she just doesn’t tolerate it well.
She’s gonna try getting some through her Dr that handles her HRT. Hopefully all goes week with it and I’ll report back .

Man, I loved this thread from the beginning. Took peptides back in the day, like 10 years ago. They worked great.
Have gotten healthier in last 5 years, but approaching 50 and sometimes need a little more oomph. Doctor prescribed 5 mg tadalafil daily. Cheap at Costco for 90 day supply. Can also order 10 mg pills and split.

Mild headaches the first few days, which I think is pretty normal. Basis for the prescription was a little increased difficulty with urine stream. The stiffness is just a convenient side effect.

PT-141 (56male also on 5mg of Cialis for a few years)
I started using at 1.25mg--caused very redness flush feeling to point of being asked if ok in 30min, took hours to stop. Was worried as so much as a fan was turned on in room so was I to point of scared to leave house. Seemed taper off as 6hr mark with a still noticed effect for 72hrs.
Lowered dose to .75 and seems much better. Now only used as a sheet worked is likely, but still greatly helps for next few days. I only use once a week. Effects are amazing to me,

The second best side effect of taking daily tadalafil is the absolutely SICK gym pumps. I love it.
