Does anyone feel like an entire pot of coffee too much per day? That's pretty much me on most mornings. But I only drink coffee before 10 AM or so.

I drink two 12 oz cups at home and 2 more at work. I might also have a caffeinated beverage at lunch, usually it’s a sparkling water. That last cup is the one that I “feel”

I'm backwards. Tea in the morning, either all green or 1 bag green 1 bag lapsong sauchong in about 18 oz. Then for the afternoon about 16 oz of coffee. Fresh grind, usually drip because my Oxo just does it right, like a true pour over. French press when I have time on weekends.

There are so many good beans out there these days. I wish Stumptown didn't come from liberal Portland, but it's damn good. I wish I was as diligent about writing down coffee I like as I am at keeping notes on bourbons/ryes/rums.

Coffee is one of the few things that I pretty strictly buy organic. Regular coffee is treated heavily with chemical pesticides.
