Workout Generator?

I like mixing up my core days. Work out for about an hour and change it up every session. It's been a hassle coming up with new stuff all the time. I found this workout generator and it lets you target certain groups of muscles and isolate to available equipment. Anyone used this or something similar?

Not being cute here, my method has always been my brain. Just make up my own program. I find it tedious to do, but I'm not changing it up as frequently as you are. I rotate out assistance movements every 4 weeks, and I just go to the database in my head. I played around with that generator a bit, it's nice and simple, easy to use, doesn't eat up lots of time. Ideally, anything that gives you some ideas that help you get up and going quickly is best.

I have a plan for upper body that I'm following, but on my off days I try to get in a light core workout. This seemed like an easy way to vary it up.

Pretty cool program and simple to use. The videos do not play though.

I just found a free app today called liftosaur. A lot of good programs pre loaded, and you can add your own. Not sure what features require pay yet

just follow a proven program. worst thing you can do is just change it up every session, good way to make zero progress

Agreed. Start with the expected outcome and work backwards, because you're supposed to have a goal. It's easier to "come up with stuff" when you know you're doing a max effort day and a dynamic effort day for bench, squat, DL. If I know I'm doing ME DL on Thursday, that sort of tells me what my options are for any other hamstring, back and glute work is on Monday or Tuesday.
Too many whippersnappers get cute these days. Do you want to do good mornings, stiff legged deadlifts, pull throughs, GHD, or KB swings? It doesn't matter. Do whichever one you have the feels for that day.

Yeah, if the videos played that would be great for my wife and daughter to use.
