I have 2 rooms that get a lot of sunlight and are built big for the views. When the afternoon sun hits them, my AC unit runs nonstop to keep up. We are doing a renovation right now and the contractor mentioned the clear ceramic window film as an option to help keep the heat out. Does anyone have experience with this?

Put it on my upstairs windows that get all the afternoon sun. They’ve helped tremendously.

Bought it at Lowe’s and installed myself. Not a bad job.

Does it tint the windows any? The contractor said you don’t even notice it? Sounds too good to be true???
