If I end up getting the EGO mower i'm going to have FIVE chargers and am looking for space-saving ideas to mount them for easy access and wondering what you multi-charger baws are doing.

vertical 2x4 and run them up?
horizontal 2x4? flat? upside down under a shelf?
power cable management?

SHOW ME THE PICS!

eta something like what this baw is doing maybe

We mounted the large battery charger above where we keep the mower itself. Tbh you really don't need all those chargers at one time. I'm actually going to reach out to EGO because our biggest charger no longer works, but I'm glad I have 2 others as backups.

it does not.

i have 6 EGO products now. i need to keep a bank of batteries ready to go since they are swappable between all of them (and the new mower). only the new charger is a 'super charger' but with that many tools, i go through 2 or 3 batteries now in a session.

- EGO blower
- EGO string trimmer
- EGO chainsaw
- EGO hedge trimmer
- EGO edger
- EGO lawn mower
- dewalt drill

the mower is new and battery is not going to make it through front and back yard so i'll need a couple of the smaller batteries standing by so i can finish.

one battery on the tool
one battery on the charger

are you saying you are running one battery dead before the other charges?

correct. i often finish off 2 or 3 while working in the yard.

with the mower i expect to run them all down.

eta the mower battery is on a super-charger so that will help but its also a much larger battery so it will take at least an hour to charge.

Those all take separate batteries?

I have the Kobalt trimmer and blower, they use the same one. I could even use the battery that comes with the mower if I wanted to but it is heavy as hell.

If they are interchangeable, I could see having 2 chargers with batteries on them max. Just rotate batteries and you should be golden.

hmm, ok so you're saying just take them off as they charge & put them in a bin or something?

They are all interchangeable but different amp hours (2.5, 5 and 7.5)

That's what I do with my greenworks equipment. I use 2 chargers for my 4 batteries.

I don't have an answer, but a friend of mine stores all of his batteries inside to extend their life.

I keep them in the laundry room, only one plugged in the rest are in a cabinet. If I am going to need more than one charger I just pull one out and put it on the counter. I don't like mounting my chargers, prefer to keep them mobile. I don't leave my batteries in the garage either, I keep them in cabinets in the laundry room too.

really? why not in the garage? i would think the temps don't get that extreme and if you have an electric car that's where its going to live.

Yes-you could even get by with one charger. Just keep up with the charge and swapping. Have all batteries ready for the next weekend showdown, then charge them all up individually over the week ready for the next go.

It's why they give you such great deals on the combos including the battery and charger- want you in, then got you buying more 'tool only' additions

I went on ebay and bought 3D printed wall mounts to hold all my EGO tools and batteries. Found them for weedeater, hedge trimmer, and blower. The chargers are already set for wall mounting using screws set 3" apart. I keep the chainsaw in one of the EGO BCS1000 bags. Examples of the mounts below.
For the weedeater:

How do you store and manage the can while it conveniently refills itself at your home?

It's not your fault but those prints SUCK. I am sure the design is nice but the quality of print is just bad.
