I'd say '06 had a better WR group:
LaFell, Bowe, Davis, and Doucet.
'10/'11 had a better DB group (PP7 (GOAT), TM7 (GOAT), Reid, Mo, Brooks, Taylor, Simon) and Ridley and Randle were great as well.
But as far as an overall group of skill players, only '03 would be in the discussion IMO.
OP has a great question and we do have an incredible set of skill players on this team.

Listing the names of guys who have yet to play or have played but have yet to produce can be done by any SEC team.
No he's right on skill talent. The talent at these positions is undeniable. Talent is potential and they have a shite ton of it. We have serikus athletes and some athletic marvels everywhere.
Guice, Ducre, Fournette
Dupre, Quinn, Dural, Tyron, Chark,
Smith, Washington
Harris
Toliver, White, Paris, Jackson
Adams, Jefferson
TE that will run a 4.6 and catch like receivers, QB that will run a 4.6 with a laser guided missile arm, several track stars at RB, WR, and DB. Two way football stars. Several 6'2 guys that will run a legit 4.4 something at combine. Guys at 230 or 240 that ran in the 11s or better in the 100m and bulldoze the frick out of you. Almost all of these guys can shake you out of your drawers.
We'll see exactly how it all shakes out, but the talent at the skill positions is at a ridiculous level.

Probably the deepest set of skill talent that I can ever recall!

These aren't skill players. But, yes, that year would be hard to beat.
