In a sense Darwin was way ahead of Money Ball. Specious that were able to adapt via mutations survived; those that didn't died out.

I like that they wouldn’t be able to enroll in spring. There should honestly be SOME kind of inconvenience to annually jumping from school to school. Not being able to just bolt from a season into another schools spring practice may actually cause a bit less jumping organically.

Do you also feel that there should be a penalty for grown adults that get hired away from one company to another every year? If not, how is that different than players going to different schools?

Well for one we’ve been told ad nauseam that the players aren’t employees.

At most companies there is not a very limited playing season and an even more limited training season.

To compare the these athletes to “normal” employees is comparing apples to bowling balls. The relationship is different and the business in which they’re involved is different.

All major sports originations already know this and put up guardrails and restrictions on when and what management and players can do.

If the NFL did what colleges are doing it would kill the sport…..

And make no mistake, if similar guardrails and restrictions are not introduced in college it will kill college sports.
