From what I read they’re trying to convince him to stay closer to home and using our wr class against us to sway him. Pushing he can see the field earlier at Msu. It’s your typical stay at home nonsense haha. If so I would think we would turn the heat up on Pazon and finish the class wr class with Thomas!!!

I guess this is the time of year when rumors start about us losing all of our commits.

And if we don't? Smith is a top 100 prospect at a position of need. Sure we can replace him but apparently the staff thinks he's better than the alternatives or we would've offered them.

Yeah Smith is a stud and will see the field sooner than later. He would be a loss

Last I heard Smith is solid to LSU.

Has more upside than Thomas Jr. imo.

Some of my people in MS think he’s as good as any WR to come out of that state in many years. He’s a stud.

I have a hard time believing he’ll dump LSU for Miss State. Who dumps a national contender for a middle to bottom tier program?

I was reassured yesterday he’s all LSU and will be on campus in December

Big fan of Deion but to say a skinny 6’1 kid has more upside than a 6’4 explosive athlete like Thomas is misusing the term at best or just a horrible take

I honestly feel the same way about Smith as well, i actually like Smith over Thomas. I know we love our homegrown recruits but i think Smith is more college ready than Thomas at this point and his ceiling maybe higher as well. I’m not knocking Thomas but that’s just my opinion. He’s a 6’2 skinny kid just like Thomas is a 6’4 skinny kid.

You obviously don’t know much about Smith. Both are great athletes. Thomas Jr. is more physical than Smith. Smith has a similar game to Justin Jefferson imo.

To each his own.

Yes. He didn’t do much the first game as he transferred to JA that same week. This past week he had a great game.

You can watch his games for free. Go to YouTube and search Jackson academy raider network. He plays tonight
