Reminds me of a flag that used to be at a music studio we'd go to in Baton Rouge about 20 years ago that said "Baton Rouge vs Everybody".

LSU vs Everybody

he did sign a legal binding agreement.

1. Did he though? Cover 3 mentioned that it was announced on the 2nd, which was a friday. There is a chance not all the t's were crossed and i's dotted and notarized before he entered the portal
2. Wouldnt matter anyway. These NIL contracts are specifically NOT pay for play. So there is literally nothing that requires him to stay and play for Washington. If it was an employment contract and pay for play, then that would be different. These deals and contracts these players are signing basically arent worth the paper they are printed on legally.

He can unenrolled most likely, but can’t receive nil from another school and can’t play football for that school

If it’s not binding then he can go wherever he wishes.

How would LSU know he signed a NIL deal with UW unless the agent told them. And how would LSU know what is in a contract that they were not involved in drawing up. Maybe the SEC knows something about it but that doesn't mean LSU knows anything about it.

One you can’t have a contract that supersedes NCAA rules and two just unenroll and transfer…

You know Gordon will find a loophole in all of this.

I doubt they can stop him from playing football. This contract doesn’t override basic NCAA rules.

Maybe if there's an ambulance involved. Corporate and employment law isn't his specialty.

The only person with potential to get screwed here is Williams. LSU will have a backup plan. Washington is going to look like the villain when he isn't able to play (potentially).

I don't think the NIL dispute in any way will affect his eligibility.

No, he’s not. He’s reporting what’s in Washington’s own contract.
Conveniently omitting that the contract is illegal
. How is it illegal? What laws were broken. It may be unenforceable but we will not know unless it is adjudicated in the Williams favor.

& conveniently omitting that UW is in the same process with Fifita.
. What are you talking about here?

I used to like Delly but he clearly has an agenda here, and it isn’t just one post.

He reported a contract, should he have just sat in his hands and let someone else repot it? I sure hope you preform your job better than you expect Delly to.
