I'm saying, I just don't get why it bears mentioning now. People were ok with it before he decided against LSU. Just makes the fanbase look small and petty.

I knew about speedy issues before he announced and was happy he didn't choose LSU. And when brown got arrested first thought was glad LSU didn't have their name associated with this. This class all have high character and I want this trend to continue. Would rather have the top three class all high character vs top class with low character

I don't worry about teenage kids and where they go to college. It has no bearing on my life. If this impacts your life you need help.

Hmmmm seems to me that is what the majority of people thought about Speedy, Willis & Hootie and you see what that got us, Nada!!!
As far as I am concerned with the history of John Curtis kids not going to LSU along with those comments, I am extremely concerned!!!

True story...my brother in law will NEVER shut up with how much he hates miles. Everyone has one in their family or friend circle.
It really is baffling. He has done better at LSU then any coach in history. It all comes down to how he talks to the media, that is a fact. I have talked to him in person, totally different guy.
Every single coach has bad screw ups. Miles is held to the worst double standard I have ever seen.

We should all continue to give high praise to our current commits. keep in mind they're not here until they sign. We would all like to have Dupre but his mind is already made-up. It is what it is. Fournette handled his recruitment like a man. He didn't play games and never hinted at where he was going. When Dupre signs here or somewhere else great. In the meantime props to the guys that are loyal, they will receive the same in return.

I wonder if there would be the same pessimism here if it hadn't been for 1/2 and Joe McKnight. Dupre doesn't seem like the Speedy/Willis type of guy. I think he ends up at LSU when it's all said and done.

Its just realism regarding this tiny little world of recruiting man. It has no bearing on my life or attitude. Hence, I don't even think about whether an opinion is construed as whining or blowing sunshine. It just is what it is. Some view it as positive, some as negative, some as neither.
Personally, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Dupre is a Tiger, a Seminole, or a Bruin.
Some of you really seem to be constantly needing positive reinforcement. What does that say about you?

Well, we're all wanting the 5 star guys and care not about character and that other stuff as we should.
When it comes out why a kid went elsewhere and flat out lied to our staff, then I think it's only right share the skinny when it surfaces. We want to know why they didn't Choose LSU right?

Can't speak for him but I come here for the information. I've learned to become less attached to the speculative nature of recruiting and only take the information at face value. If recruits actually say via Twitter or interview that they want to come to LSU, then that's great. If they say otherwise or nothing then I take it as that.
