They have a little bit of talent from the high school ranks and they've only built like one year in the portal. They have money and a whole team of evaluators. They haven't scratched the surface yet. This isn't Cignetti who basically copy pasted his team from James Madison to Indiana, but 2 years older, and grabbed a couple studs in his 2nd season like Hemby and Mendoza.
