This isn't like two years ago where you get everything you want from somewhere you want to be and decide to shut it down. The people you hired don't work like that. They're gonna shop that number to everyone else and if somewhere that you don't want to be upset their price 20%, that's where youre going even if that kills your future chances at the NFL.

In another podcast, he said that LSU was completely upfront with re their plan for him: He was told that they want him as a 3 yr QB, as a backup/redshirt year QB & then as a 2 yr starter. He said he was "in total agreement " with that, as he too considered himself a 3 yr player. "I want to start but I am looking to be developed into the best I can be" .He repeated several times that the staff was open & up front with him re their plan for him.
