They dont win without Skenes and hes solely responsible for that..
There were multiple key contributors. My point is they still won 2 of 3 from Florida without Skenes.
Everyone outside of LSU I talked to doubted LSU could make a run. They questioned, "Who does LSU have behind Skenes?"
Not sure I agree Skenes is "solely" responsible. He was huge, but he's one starter.
Look what Floyd did. Didn't he set some sort of postseason record? I'm just saying it was pretty nice to win that Championship series without ever needing to pitch Skenes when most people doubted what LSU had behind him. I think that is even more impressive.

There really is just an insane amount of talent out there.
The death of Pac 12 is going to directly benefit SEC programs that have already been planting flags out there anyway.
Right now USC doesn't even have a home field and UCLA just got theirs back via lawsuit with the VA. Stanford won't be as affected because their recruiting base is just different anyway.
I'm actually interested to see what happens with the West Coast Conference and the new scholarship limits. Pepperdine and San Diego may soon be back on the upswing.

And Project should this happen I would be ok with the return of some mid-majors to Omaha every now and again

Marcos Paz signing his LOI. Did he have an arm injury recently?

He had TJ at some point in the past few months.
