Not necessarily true. This guy has 4 years left and we currently have only Berry on the roster. Get Lacey, keep Berry and add this guy, and all of a sudden, we have a very good RB class. If we don't get Lacey, and its being reported that he's likely staying, then we'll need another good RB to get LSU to at least 3 excellent prospects at RB.

IMO, we were always going to try to take 3-4 RBs. That room needed an overhaul and depth.

Kewan Lacy had 23 carries as a freshman when Kiffin identified him. I’m not saying this kid will be Lacy but this is the same type of scouting move.
