This year he played 5 WRs, but in years past, as low as 3 WR. Some years, 4WR + TE were heavily involved. With the players he has in place now, I'd expect a rotation of 5-6 guys
Interestingly, I just watched a Charlie Weis Jr interview from before the season and when the WRs came up, he said he ideally wants to rotate 7 guys to keep everybody fresh during the course of the season and believed Ole Miss' portal haul would finally provide that. It obviously didn't. I guess we'll see if LSU's will go 7 deep.

Yea, I do think a bit of the restrictions in the past had to do with not having the depth to interchange.

He also had the 4th most missed tackles amongst SEC LBs.
I did not know that, thanks for that man. If I’m not mistaken he was a MLB also. How do you see that playing out?

I guess I am missing something with all the downvotes
Same thing I was thinking. You take time to provide this board with info that no one else has posted and they downvote it because of a personal bias. If iPad were to post it, they would throw him a parade. It’s pretty obvious that this board is inundated with people that don’t make decisions or have to make non biased assessments for a living.

Dottery is pretty easy to sell despite the missed tackles; generally players that are around the ball a lot will miss some tackles. Furthermore, he led ALL FBS LB's in snaps. He played 91% of Ole Miss' defensive snaps. He was an absolute stalwart.
I would assume he would continue to play a lot, mainly alongside Weeks. They may have to re-define their assignments a bit as I think Weeks may be a little more of a natural MLB

If Tre Wilson is only the 22nd best portal player we landed, we're going undefeated and winning it all.

Lester and PFF loves Special Teams now?

Or if he’s the next Percy Harvin like yall are pretending he is, they will also win the championship

PFF is a good measuring stick. These numbers are not impressive as a whole. But, hopefully coaching and maturity. I further hope LK schemes are very successful. I look at Indiana and how well they worked together and their maturity and hope we can have that
On paper we got almost half a team from the portal and most of them are not impressive on video, stats or PFF score. Some of you are such Gomers. Undefeated and champs are unrealistic expectations. Don’t get me wrong I would love it. Winning 10 games might get us to the playoffs.

It's great that the two important OL recruits are #s 2 & 6.
This! And we have 3. Bah is a road grader. Lane will run behind him making him more valuable in my eyes.

A fellow poster asked for the PFF grades to be added, so I added them. The grades are not as important as some of the data that helps compile them.
This class is similar to some of the recent classes that Kiffin has drawn to ole Miss and won with, except instead of 1-2 headliners, he has 4-5. The power of the brand.
As the roster tightens up, he will not have 42 spots to fill. Probably upwards of 30 on a busy year, but 20-25 on a normal year. The additions will be even more calculated & talented at that point.

I had a buddy who writes for a UGA site. They wanted Brown very badly.
