Why does ESPN have an article up on Seaton joining LSU and the video attached to the article is him at Colorado being flagged five separate times for holding penalties?

Because everyone hates LSU except LSU. It's called being a Villain now.

For the people who don’t like athletes getting exceptions, I have no problem with this. Aside from his being at LSU helping out university, athletes have different circumstances than many “regular” students. Imagine him also having to account moving halfway across the country and all his belongings. This doesn’t take happen quickly. I’m glad LSU is making it work

Nothing wrong with this, no major problem, he committed a day after LSU's deadline to register. He can register and make up couple days of classes. He is registered for classes this week. Athletes do not have go to classes, they can take classes online and they have tutors. The Ncaa really screwed this up, bad dates for transfer portal, too early. They need to look at the portal and make it a later date.

As I mentioned in a prior post, this exception was made for me one semester, and I am not a starting LT. They were very reasonable and understanding to my situation at the time.

None of these guys cares about how it really works. They either want to complain about how they aren't really here to be students anymore (like they ever were) or crow that this is somehow different with the new coach and/or administration. Never mind that they do this sort of thing for regular students and are particularly lenient with transfers, whether athletes or not.
