Committed yes, but will he qualify? Standard testing will be the key to eligibility. I pray he does well, like to root for a kid like this.
He knows where he needs to be GPA wise and section-score wise. It was laid out very clearly for him what margin LSU would need. It's binary at this point- he gets that number in the right section of the test, he's in.
Carthage has helped alot. The coaches and the counselors office partnered to get him on track. We'll find out tomorrow if he did his part. But yes, confidence level is high.
[He does need to finish out the school year grade wise on track also, but to get to this point and slip up is a nightmare for him so I doubt he lets that happen]

I tend to agree. Also believe he is still blueshirt eligible at this point but don't think that comes into play. Likely a guy we won't know for sure about until summer. Hopefully everything goes well and we get him in

If we get him that would be a huge pick up. The guy is an animal. Saw him play last week in the State Championship game and he is a mountain of a human and great athletic ability for as huge as he is. I’m surprised he’s not a 5 Star type kid. He’s as impressive of an Olineman as I’ve seen in high school.

Either way, praying for the grades to allow him to play and hopefully it pushes him to work harder wherever he goes (but I'm partial to LSU :) )
