The booers called him much worse last year!

He might do things that drive you crazy during games from time to time but he is a class act and I'm glad he's our coach.

Great presser from what I saw...I missed the beginning of it.
I do love that man.
I do love that man.

I have been critical of Les, but he's making me a believer again. Very well-spoken and extremely classy.

There were no better jobs than the Michigan job probably. He's probably talking about the Colorado job

What about coach stud, is he gone?
I assume he is one of the coaches with "great job opportunities" or whatever

Me too.
Does anyone else feel like Miles seems much more confident and comfortable speaking today? He seems pretty focused, fired up, and he's making a lot of sense.

Must be one hell of a press conference to get this out of Books!

No one should boo their own team, and if you're booing the coach instead, most will not realize a difference.

No choice but to accept the man. He is our coach now and has great character etc. Anti-Miles haters eat your heart out! The man is here to stay and wants to be here.

one of the better PC's Miles has ever had IMO. That was good stuff
Agreed.
He seemed more relaxed and less reserved did he not?

This is what seperates him from Spurrier, Saban, and others. He is not going to trash a player or coach in the way some others do. I think that is another reason why the Aleva letter got to him. He protects his players and they love him for that. I think he just expected the Administration to do the same for him.
Bottomline, he is a class act.

Miles is going to Michigan Stadium to eat some grass!

He sounds very different today

For the first time, I think Miles feels "this is my program."
No more, "Saban's players."
No more, "You aren't the Alleva's guy."
No more, "Should I be at Michigan?"
This deal settled it. He's LSU's coach. LSU is his football program. All hands on deck, full steam ahead.
Just the impression I got.
