CBS was always going to show Bama the max five times. So they were either going to air Bama/A&M or Bama/Tennessee. They simply chose Bama/A&M.

How do you know that? Also what really is the deal with how much influence schools and the conference have on TV times? I had always imagined for the CBS games the schools and conference basically had 0 pull ever.

Clearly you haven't noticed this but SEC teams are forbidden since the signing of the CBS contract to play ABC games at home. Neutral site and away are fine but home games the only broadcast network that can show SEC teams is CBS. That's why all major primetime SEC home games are on ESPN.

Scum of the earth people, frick them, I hope Burrow drops 100 and their AD has to call the SEC office because they felt so disrespected. I hope Rashard Lawrence had butts their center in the dick on the first play of the game. I hope Burrow talks massive amounts of shite in this game to them on the sideline. I hope Dan Mullen chokes on his gum during the game and has to leave the stadium in the 2nd quarter. I hope K'lavon Chaisson chokes out their RB like Marlon Humphrey did to Odell yesterday.
