especially if your kids are young, you might want want to hang out hear the tower and the parade grounds - good room for the kids to roam.
Bring some cardboard for the kids and let them slide down the Indian Mounds by the stadium...

I agree...the biggest douche's you'll run into Saturday will be UGA fans!

I'm also making the pilgrimage to SEC mecca from the OC this weekend.
Pac10visitor: Where is Orange County do you live? I just moved to Houston from RSM, but I'm a long time LSU Football Season Ticket holder, so trust me when I say you'll have a great time.

your team is BCS #5 this week for no real obvious reason other than media bias--LSU & SEC fans are aware of this and may not respond favorably.
ACtually that is not the reason LSU fans respond. It goes deeper with some.

The decent Tiger fans (which far outnumber the assholes) would come to your aid in a heartbeat as long as you mind your manners.
Agreed. You will run into some azzholes no matter what venue you visit. LSU definitely has their share. However, more often than not, you will get engaged in some good football conversation and offered gobs of food and drink once they realize you are visiting and genuinely interested in the Tiger Stadium gameday experience. As was said, take the ribbing in good fun and you'll be fine. If anyone get's serious with you with your family in tow there will be no shortage of decent Tiger fans that will come to your defense.
Enjoy the trip and come by motorhome spot 367 if you're in the area.

Ref's gift of a game at TS
AP gift of a split NC
Media's gift as THE darlings to replace ND
There's more, but I need to piss. I'll imagine Petey's face in the bottom of the bowl.

You can wear Bulldog gear, but absolutely no gay Trojan dresses!

Come on, where have you been on this board for the past five years?

Don't turn this into one of your petty little hate threads Tangy. * wags finger derisively

to the visitors, start at the parade ground....EARLY...because if not, you'll find yourself way out in the middle of nowhere....start at the parade ground and work your way toward the stadium from there....
keep a sense of humor about you as you will be tiger baited a lot, but you'll also be invited for food and drink....

Apparently you missed the props I gave to LSU fans. I only respond in kind my friend.

Well,I've been here and have never insinuated LSU's overall title's come close to Southern Cal's. I just didn't get the 1958 reference.

I did not insinuate that you did. RE: 1958. LSU won the AP title that year.

And also Mike's ride behind East Stadium Dr off of Victory Hill. Not too long before TGBFTL parades.
Also, there's the Tiger Athletic Foundation (TAF)
party inside the Maravich Assembly Center from 11:00 - 2:00:
Catered food, other food vendors, the Band performs, special appearances, and other games on large TV screens.
There are also food vendors near the PMAC ramp (left side by Mike's cage).
If you ask LSU fans with TAF Membership cards I'm sure they would allow you to come in as guests to watch the festivities.

Arrive early, don't be shy about walking up and introducing yourself to tailgaters, and you'll have a great time.
Wear an Oregon State or a Stanford shirt, and you'll probably be treated like a hero.
Wear any USC gear, and we can't vouch for your safety, much less our own hospitality.
