Alot of arms to fit in today. I wonder if some get pushed back to next week. This would also help push some of this week's Wednesday/Thursday arms by a day to eventually get them on standard rest for opening weekend.
Not saying it will materialize but Lafayette meteorologist said last night that another wave of arctic air could move into the area around next weekend. Hopefully we can work through these weather challenges and arrive at opening day with adequate buildup

He must have spent some time in the weight room. He seemed to regularly fly out to the right field track last year

It's not baseball without weather challenges.

Baseball America talked about Frey as possibly being the top prospect in the Astros org by this time next year.

I recall the posters who thought he had a chance of coming back lol.

He beat out the double play at first. I thought for sure he would have been thrown out from second. Big boy can move his feet very well and his defense has been a pleasant surprise IMO.
The dude cam actually run well for how big he is. I see him having a really nice year overall.

Yes he does have quick feet and athleticism for his body type. I knew this already but was surprised that he beat the DP out at first because he smoked the ball straight to Pearson near first who was able to throw without moving and Reaves throw was on target to a stretching Pearson. He will catch many by surprise this season
