Jay mentioned it was an assistant coach who brought it to his attention. So it was probably the assistant not happy.
He also mentioned it was a slight advantage for opening weekend and that's about it.

Interesting, anyone try this with a particular app? Wonder what the accuracy/reliability of something like that it. If it's within a 1-2 MPH then pretty good, it it's like 5+mph off then pretty useless

I suspect after the first home series everyone will know the velocity of the pitches from the pitchers who play. I feel sorry for our first opponent.

Correct its only an advantage the first weekend.
Its accurate between 1-2 mph. That being said, if Jay doesn't want it posted it shouldn't get posted
