That was against Xavier. And he stepped out of bounds.

Then LSU went on a huge dry spell.

He took off from like the free throw line against CSF. Okay maybe that's a little exaggeration.

Jabari wasn't a breakaway?

I love how people act like a between the legs dunk is easy. I bet not one other person on the court could have done that. MAYBE hornsby, maybe

Were there defenders between either and the rim?

Sorry, I was in the building for the Jabari Smith funk dunk...Martin's dunk doesn't compare. Maybe it had a lot to do with atmosphere. That dunk was against #1 Arizona at the end of the half in a sold out Assembly Center. Not to mention he faked out the guard and then starred into the camera. That dunk had it all. The crowd was going nuts.

Jabari's dunk wasnt even hard. It was a regular dunk after faking behind the back. Martin's dunk is far harder.

You're stalking me because I said you're an idiot for thinking a one armed guy can't double dribble. I thought the same thing too when I was 5. You realize if he picks up his dribble and puts it back down its a double dribble right? You're a complete joke

Nobody on this board could do either in a real game or probably in isolation with 1000 tries so I don't think anybody knows which is tougher. They were both phenomenal slams and I don't recall seeing either in a college or pro game really. Jabari had a guy attempting to guard him so that added a little drama.

I think he just means the degree of difficulty isn't as high. Anyone can look at it and see that.

Yeah, that's why you see that dunk so often in games. So stupid...

Does anyone remember Jermaine Williams dunk on Tayshaun Prince? Torris Bright freaked out and tackled Jermaine after the play.

So how many of you have done a between the legs dunk on a 8 and a half foot rim?
I would bet the Nancys saying it's a difficult dunk answer no to my question, while the people saying it's not that great did this when they were in high school.

He's 6'10", it's not that difficult.
and you don't see it in games b/c most coaches would go crazy for doing something so stupid in a game.
it's done in high school all the time. Google high school between the legs dunk, go to videos. LeBron and kobe did it in high school.

Players don't always exactly do what their coaches want them to do though.

To be fair, those are two of the best players to ever play the game. There are others that have done it, but they were also really athletic.

I don't think it's fair for me to talk about these slams because I'm one of the lucky few that can do the Jabari or Martin dunk with ease.....on my Nerf door goal.

I actually think Quaterman's alley-oop the next play was better. Should've been an and 1.
