They have the perfect QBs to run his offense but they lost the two best ones like 3 games into the season last year which is why they nosedived. Hell, at one point, they were down to their fourth string QB. This is what I keep telling idiot LSU fans who think we'll be okay if we don't take another QB this year.
His offense is going to blow up in the Big 10 and LSU will be looking at struggling to score points again this year. People fail to realize the true culprits behind the sluggish offense last year, but they'll understand this year.

Man...some of you morons can't figure out anything on your own for yourself. When O said he would hire the best OC possible last year, he said it because he was trying to give his buddy Lane Kiffin a job.
Then when Kiffin got his head coaching job, O then had to go outside the program to hire the best guy he could get because of what he had said.
However, O said he always felt like he should have just given the job to Ensminger. Thus, when Canada didn't work out, he decided to go back to Ensminger while he had the chance to do it. Now O has the two most loyal coaches on the coaching staff that he trusts the most as his two coordinators. Which can't be a bad thing.
Watch out, just like in 2016, Ensminger will surprise people.

But you've been saying that Aranda already knew that Ensminger was better. I know that's a lie but for the sakes of this argument I'll suspend my disbelief and assume it's the truth.
Seems to me if Aranda knew Ensminger was the best available and O knew that as well, Canada shouldn't have even been a consideration.

Well, how was Aranda to know that Ensminger is a better play caller than Canada until Canada arrived and Aranda schemed against Canada's play calling every day in practice the same way he did the year before against Ensminger?
Not to mention, that Aranda has tremendous respect for Ensminger, as he said in an interview in fall camp last year that when he grows up, he wants to be just like coach Ensminger.
Nonetheless, O said he regretted he didn't give the job to Ensminger last year.
In any event, all three of them are all very close friends.

Plus, I thought you said that wasn't Ensminger's offense that Aranda schemed against in 2016. That was Miles' offense, right? So how would he know anything about Ensminger's offense since we really haven't seen Ensminger's offense yet?

The coaching didn't lose that Florida game, you moron. Meanwhile, the reason why we didn't score against Bama was that Ensminger was stuck with Les Miles's old antiquated offense.
Thus, all the teams we played knew the plays coming before the snaps because of the formations, but we still could beat most teams except for the most elite teams like Bama.
This time around, Ensminger will be running his own RPO spread/tempo offense, as opposed to the old antiquated Les Miles prostyle offense, and if whoever wins the QB spot doesn't struggle the entire season like Brandon Harris always did, we will have a pretty potent offense. Nonetheless, it's all going to hinge on how well the QB position plays. So we will see what happens.

But you just said that Aranda could tell that he was a better OC than Canada by scheming against him in 2016. But when it doesn't work, that's because it was Miles' offense?
